My Well-Being

I've been thinking a lot about my well-being lately.  As a wife, mother of two and brand/business owner, I have to admit that I haven't really paid nearly enough time to my overall well-being as I should be doing.  You see well-being is more than the state of our mental and physical health and wellness.   Those are just two of the pieces that make up the puzzle.  Our overall well-being also includes family, career, finances and leisure time.

  1. Isn't it so easy to put ourselves on the back burner? I've been thinking a lot about pushing myself a bit more to make more "me" time.
