Lactose Free With Yoplait

That's right!  Yoplait is now available Lactose Free in French Vanilla, Strawberry, Cherry and Peach flavors. You may be wondering why I'm so hyped about this.  I never had an intolerance for milk until I got pregnant with Moo.

It was like somebody had flipped a reverse switch on my stomach.  Milk, cheese, yogurt, creamer, etc.  I couldn't keep any of it down.  Then after my pregnancy we found out she was allergic to milk.  Which meant that I still couldn't have dairy products because I was breastfeeding.  So we started the whole soy movement.

Long story short, I became lactose intolerant.  And being lactose intolerant sucks, especially for a yogurt lover like myself.  I mean do you know many different things you make with yogurt that are so delish?  Smoothies, milkshakes, parfaits, cakes, breads, and even casseroles to name a few.

So, that's why I was stoked to find out that Yoplait Lactose Free was here!  I could get back to enjoying my yogurt and all my other goodies that require yogurt in the recipe.  I'm not going to lie that I was a little bit nervous about trying a lactose free yogurt.  I've tried lactose free milk and it was not a pleasant experience.  However, I was sent a lovely prize pack and coupon that encouraged me to act on my curiosity of finding out how this yogurt would taste.

Armed with my coupon, I went to the grocery store and picked up some French Vanilla Yoplait Lactose Free yogurt.  When I say this stuff is good, I mean it is soooo GOOD!  And did I mention that it "contains 50% of your recommended Daily Value of calcium, with Vitamins A and D?!"  Plus, there are not artificial sweeteners either. ( I don't trust anything artificial.)
